Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Senteurs d'Indochine, a travel agency registered with the travel and tourism operators registry, and its clients.

Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 - Booking

2.1 Quote Request

Quote requests are free and non-binding. The personalized quote is valid for 15 days from its date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

The booking becomes firm and final after:
- Signing the travel contract
- Payment of a 30% deposit of the total trip price
- Receipt of written confirmation from Senteurs d'Indochine

Article 3 - Price and Payment

3.1 Price

Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. They include the services mentioned in the detailed program provided to the client.

3.2 Payment Terms

- 30% deposit at booking
- Balance due 45 days before departure
- For any booking less than 45 days before departure, full payment is due at booking

3.3 Payment Methods

- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- Check (French residents only)

Article 4 - Modification and Cancellation by Client

4.1 Modification

Any modification request after booking confirmation may incur additional fees, depending on availability and supplier conditions.

4.2 Cancellation

In case of cancellation by the client, the following fees will apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total price (minimum €100)
- 60 to 45 days: 30% of total price
- 44 to 30 days: 50% of total price
- 29 to 15 days: 75% of total price
- Less than 15 days: 100% of total price

We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Article 5 - Modification and Cancellation by Organizer

Senteurs d'Indochine reserves the right to modify or cancel a trip in case of exceptional circumstances or force majeure.

In case of cancellation on our part, the client may choose between:
- Full refund of amounts paid
- A replacement trip of equivalent or higher quality

Article 6 - Insurance

The trip price does not include insurance. We offer various insurance options (cancellation, repatriation assistance, baggage) which we strongly recommend you take out.

Article 7 - Formalities

The client is responsible for completing the administrative and health formalities (passport, visas, vaccinations) required for their trip. Senteurs d'Indochine provides available information but cannot be held responsible for entry refusal to any territory.

Article 8 - Liability

Senteurs d'Indochine is responsible for the proper execution of the services provided in the contract.

Article 9 - Claims

Any complaint must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days of return from the trip to:

Article 10 - Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, the client is invited to contact our customer service at contact@senteursdindochine.com to seek an amicable solution.

Article 11 - Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Hong Kong law. In case of dispute, the courts of Hong Kong shall have sole jurisdiction.
